Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the national sales strategy for Wind Turbines, aligned with WEG’s global objectives. Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with key customers, OEMs, EPCs, consultants and end-users. Project Delivery: Lead the delivery of existing wind projects and secure new opportunities across Oceania. Technical Collaboration: Coordinate presentations, seminars and engineering discussions with stakeholders. Sales Enablement: Guide quoting and tender responses to ensure competitive and compliant submissions. Cross-Functional Teamwork: Work closely with product managers, engineering, logistics and factory teams. Market Intelligence: Maintain visibility on pipeline, forecasts and feedback to inform strategy. Reporting & Performance: Prepare monthly reports and strategic reviews for executive leadership. People Management: Lead and support the Wind Business team across Australia and New Zealand. Qualifications Engineering degree or equivalent technical competencies. Proven experience in technical sales with strong commercial acumen. Deep understanding of wind turbine products and market dynamics. Strategic thinker with the ability to drive national initiatives. Collaborative mindset with cross-functional experience. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
