HR Coordinator | Recruitment and Onboarding Mineco are a national mining and equipment services business with assets across NSW & QLD. We provide mining solutions to tier 1 companies including Bulk Dozer push, Coal quality and recovery, Crushing, Civil works and Rehabilitation services. With our Head Office based Beresfield, our fully equipped workshop in Muswellbrook and assets across all major sites in the Hunter region we are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our growing team. The Role We are seeking a motivated HR Coordinator to join our team as a key liaison between our office and sites. In this role, you will not only handle HR functions centrally but also provide crucial on‑site support to site managers across our operations. Key Responsibilities Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, ensuring timely and effective hiring with the recruitment and onboarding team. Collaborate closely with site managers to address HR needs and support on‑site operations. Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with HR policies, resolve issues, and enhance employee engagement. Assist in performance management, training coordination, and employee relations activities. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. We’re looking for a proactive and organised professional with: Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role, preferably within the mining or heavy industry sector. Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Ability to travel to different mining sites as required. Diploma or degree in HR management or a related field is preferred.
