VIC Territory Manager: Education & Retail Sales Represent the market leader in children’s publishing Sell & support the highest quality education products to primary schools An opportunity to join our Victoria sales team. We have a position available, covering: Scholastic has partnered with Australian Primary Schools for over 50 years to instill a love of reading in children. We support teachers by supplying educational programs and resources to foster literacy and the joy of reading for pleasure. We have provided access and choice for millions of children to safely choose their own quality, age‑appropriate books and independent reading material. Is your next career move working for an organisation with such purpose? You will work to targets across both the education and retail markets within your established geographical territory, to help us grow our sales of children’s books and educational resources. Requirements A passion for sales and a drive to excel. A teaching background in primary education or knowledge of the primary school market is preferred but not essential. Excellent planning, organisational and time‑management skills. Some knowledge in the use of Outlook and Excel. Ability to work across a wide product base. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Training and support are an ongoing commitment from both parties and part of our culture. The right candidate will be rewarded with an incentive scheme and salary package that includes a fully maintained company car, laptop and mobile phone.
