Youth Support Worker

APM is continuing its impactful work with theTransition to Work contract, and we are now seeking individuals passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people as a Youth Support Worker in our Mossvale, NSW, office. As aYouth Support Worker , you will be assessing the needs of the participants, identifying barriers to employment and providing solutions focussed approaches to support young people to achieve ongoing education and/or employment.
