Youth Support Worker – APM Employment Services Join us in our Mossvale, NSW office to make a real difference in the lives of young people. APM continues its impactful work with the Transition to Work contract and we are looking for a passionate individual to join our team as a Youth Support Worker. About the Role As a Youth Support Worker, you will assess the needs of participants, identify barriers to employment, and provide solution‑focussed approaches to support young people in achieving ongoing education and/or employment. Your work will involve supporting participants to start and succeed in meaningful employment. Key Responsibilities Assess participant needs and identify barriers to employment. Provide tailored, solution‑focused support to help young people achieve education and employment goals. Build strong, collaborative relationships with participants, key stakeholders and the community. Support participants through the transition to work and monitor progress. Qualifications & Requirements Eligibility to work in Australia. Current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle. Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check. Ability to pass a Working with Children Check. Ability to work full‑time Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. What We Offer Base salary + Super + Achievement Incentives.
