About the role As Senior Client Services Officer, you will: Work closely with CentralHub Therapy Team Leaders and Managers Manage complex administrative tasks and support continuous improvements Handle financial processes including billing, NDIS claims, account reconciliation and reporting Maintain accurate customer records and support systems, including onboarding and student placements Build strong relationships with clients, families, therapists, and internal teams Coordinate meetings, events, and appointments; support reception and general office operations Prepare professional correspondence and documents; manage supplies and purchasing in line with business need ⏰ Part Time (0.4FTE) with the possibility for additional ad hoc hours | Coolbinia | Permanent About You We're looking for someone who brings: Experience in a senior administrative or client-facing role Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and discretion Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple systems Well-developed computer skills and experience within Microsoft Office A collaborative, values-driven approach with a passion for supporting others Right to work in Australia Required checks (NDIS Worker Screening, National Police Clearance, drivers licence, COVID vaccination) Benefits Increase your take-home pay with non-profit salary packaging benefits up to $18,550 3 wellness days per year (pro rata) to prioritise your wellbeing Leave loading, paid parental leave, return from parental leave bonuses Access to an employee assistance program Be part of a genuinely supportive team culture How to apply Click apply to submit your application.
