Bids and Proposals Manager – Grant Thornton Australia Join us in this newly created role where you will play a key part in supporting the firm’s growth, making an immediate impact on firm-wide efficiencies and developing your bid management skills within a collaborative team of proposals, business development and sales specialists. Your Responsibilities Working closely with Partners to prepare and project manage proposals, tenders and presentations. Providing strategic input into tender responses, including the development of pricing strategies and value propositions. Running robust go/no-go discussions prior to client pursuits. Facilitating tender debriefs with bid teams and, when appropriate, clients. Contributing to the enhancement of bid management processes, templates, content and credentials through Salesforce and a new brand management platform. About You End-to-end pitch experience desired; experience in BD, communications and/or marketing will also be considered. Minimum 4 years’ experience, preferably within professional services or a B2B environment. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Strong writer able to translate technical services and solutions into plain language. Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
