ABOUT THE ROLE: The Quality Systems Coordinator reports to the HSEQ Manager and is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving Grove’s Integrated Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 standards. This role ensures quality assurance (QA), and quality control (QC) processes are effectively integrated into business operations and supporting social procurement initiatives. The position also manages inspection and test plans (ITPs), related documentation, records, and upholds best practices in document control and compliance. The role works closely with design, production & delivery teams to ensure that all quality targets are met in a timely and cost-efficient manner. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES: Quality Management System (QMS): Maintain and improve the ISO 9001-certified QMS. Coordinate internal and external audits, including corrective and preventive actions. Support departments in compliance with QMS procedures and documentation. Track performance metrics and report on QMS effectiveness. Quality Assurance and Quality Control: Develop and implement QA/QC procedures to ensure products and services meet specified standards. Collaborate with project teams to embed quality into processes from planning through execution. Conduct quality reviews, inspections, and verification activities in line with project requirements. Document and Records Management: Implement and maintain systems for document control and records management. Ensure all documentation is current, accessible, and correctly archived. Support version control, change management, and compliance with statutory retention requirements. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in quality coordination in manufacturing and/or construction industry Experience in conducting internal QMS audits, managing risk & managing nonconformance corrective actions. High proficiency in document control systems and records management practice Knowledge of social procurement principles and compliance an advantage QUALIFICATIONS: Strong understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems Relevant qualifications in Quality Management, Engineering, or related discipline (desirable) #J-18808-Ljbffr
