Are you an experienced Project Manager / Senior Project Manager looking to take ownership of high-quality fit out and refurbishment projects? Join a reputable and growing construction business delivering fast-paced, design-driven projects across Workplace, Hospitality, Education, Retail and Commercial environments. About the Role Due to a strong pipeline of upcoming work, we are seeking a driven and commercially astute Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery. You’ll manage multiple projects simultaneously (typically $500k–$10M), working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and the site team to ensure each project is delivered safely on time and to budget. Key Responsibilities Lead full project lifecycle from award through to handover Stakeholder management and involvement with new client pitches and construction methodologies Creating & amending Construction Programs using MS Projects. Please note - if you can’t yet write a program, you will not be the right fit for this position. Understanding of project critical paths and contractual critical delay processes Oversee your CA to ensure that procurement, cost and budget control is on track and coordinate design challenges, services and subcontractor packages Chair meetings and monitor project progress and compliance Drive safety, quality and risk management across all your projects Provide leadership and support to CA’s, Site Managers and wider delivery teams. About You Ideally 8+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in commercial fit out or heavy refurbishment - will consider less time for the right candidate Strong understanding of construction methodology, critical path, contracts, building codes and services coordination Proven experience delivering multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously (typically 2-3 simultaneously depending on the size) Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills Solid commercial and contractual knowledge - RFI's, EOT's, NOD's Ability to lead teams and foster a collaborative site culture Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or similar (preferred) Why Join?
