This position can be offered out of our Epping VIC, Yatala QLD or Hazlemere WA site Reporting to the Sales Supervisor, your main responsibilities will be: Attend to all customer enquiries in a timely manner Provide accurate advice and information on request Provide customer-specific quotes and estimates as required Maintain accurate records Attend to customer follow-ups and update the CRM Cooperate with and support the compliance management system and encourage workplace colleagues to do the same Develop employee awareness of product compliance obligations Actively participate in corrective actions from concerns or internal audits.
