As a Scheduling Coordinator , you'll play a key role in making this happen. In this fast-paced role, you'll plan and organise services so they run smoothly and meet customer needs. You'll work closely with our supply and demand team to improve scheduling processes using data and systems, ensuring customers receive timely, high-quality support. You'll be the first point of contact for service changes, managing care worker schedules, making quick adjustments, and coordinating third-party bookings. Your work will directly impact the independence and well‑being of our customers, helping them live confidently at home. This is a full-time work‑from‑home role, with occasional visits to your nearest branch when required, and we are flexible on your location if based in NSW, VIC or Qld. Key accountabilities: Schedule and manage care worker rosters, including intraday changes and leave requests. Ensure compliance with rostering guidelines, training, and funding requirements. Coordinate third‑party service bookings and supplier engagement. Act as first point of contact for customer scheduling enquiries, providing timely and friendly support. Use systems to maintain accurate data and support payroll accuracy. Provide workforce insights to leaders and assist with recruitment alignment. Deliver occasional after‑hours support when rostered. Promote safety, quality, and compliance in all activities. What You Will Bring Experience in scheduling or rostering is ideal but not essential — we also welcome applicants from a call centre or customer support background looking for a career change Adaptability, resilience, and a strong service mindset. High attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance. Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage changing priorities. Strong communication skills and empathy for customers and colleagues. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administration practices.
