Company Description Living to the Max (LTTM) is a boutique Occupational Therapy provider based in Adelaide. We support people from school age up, receiving referrals from NDIS, SA Housing Trust, DVA, My Aged Care, Lifetime Support Authority, medicolegal and private paying. Our clients have a range of needs including physical, psychosocial, neurodiversity, vision/hearing impairment, and cognitive decline. OT staff can specialise or see a variety of clients, and we provide outreach services to Alice Springs and Kangaroo Island, ensuring high‑quality care reaches rural and remote communities. Job Description We’re looking for a Team Leader to cover maternity leave, with the possibility of ongoing opportunities. You’ll lead a team of OTs, support emerging clinicians, and continue delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care to our clients. Qualifications & Experience Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist. Experience as an OT beyond graduation (minimum 4 years). Passionate about providing OT services to vulnerable members of the community. Looking for a fun, collaborative, and supportive work environment. Full driver’s licence and access to a vehicle. Desire to mentor graduates and early‑career clinicians. Ability to demonstrate leadership capability to meet key responsibilities.
