Hosting concerts of up to 17,000 patrons, Sandstone Point Hotel is a destination in itself and one of the largest venues of its kind in Australia. THE ROLE We’re seeking a highly skilled and motivated Head Chef to lead our dynamic kitchen team. This is a career-defining opportunity for an experienced professional who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You’ll oversee multiple outlets, ensuring quality, consistency, and excellence across all service areas while upholding the standards and values of the Comiskey Group. You’ll be responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing a large, culturally diverse team while maintaining strong communication and collaboration with the Executive Chef and senior management.
