Overview Account Manager - Façade role at Hilti Group. The role focuses on the NSW Façade industry with direct customer contact within the existing customer base and proactive identification of new customers. The aim is to grow sales by developing customers, introducing new products and services, and implementing sales strategies with Façade customers in NSW. What does the role involve? The purpose of the role is to create value in the allocated account portfolio through effective design and implementation of individual account strategies to build long-term, sustainable and profitable relationships with the customer. Your General Activities Include Building relationships – on the field, meeting with customers daily to capture opportunities and create value through long-term, profitable relationships Time and Territory Management (TTM) – create a daily schedule (including presence on job sites and client offices) to optimize client potential and sales productivity by zone/territory Be a Hilti Champion – carry technical knowledge to present high-level customer consultations in your defined territory and represent the Hilti brand Tracking progress – utilise Salesforce to record interactions and sales activities as reporting is a key part of the role What you need to be successful Experience working within the Construction and Façade industry is advantageous Tertiary qualification in engineering or architecture is highly desirable Previous experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative or a customer-facing role Solution selling and a customer-centric approach A valid Australian driver’s license Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM is desirable Motivated and capable of working independently, managing your own call cycle Strong discipline to manage accounts remotely and build relationships Proven negotiation and influencing abilities with advanced planning skills What we offer Show us what you’re made of and we’ll offer opportunities to move around the business – to work abroad, experience different job functions and tackle different markets.
