Your Role As a Social Worker at Fairbridge College, you will be an integral part of our student support team, working closely with the well‑being team to manage caseloads and provide comprehensive social and behavioural support services. Your focus will be on enhancing the well‑being of our students through holistic solutions, advocacy, and coordination of services, ensuring each student receives the support they need to succeed in their educational journey. Key Responsibilities Develop strong, respectful relationships with students, staff, and families. Collaborate with well‑being team, school staff, and external service providers to support student assessment and intervention. Provide case management and direct support to students through individual consultations and group sessions. Advocate for students' needs and ensure they have access to necessary resources and support services. Assist in the development and implementation of intervention plans and contribute to the overall well‑being of the school community.
