Job Description Develop and implement the Victorian sales plan aligned with national strategy. Build and maintain strong relationships with major retail partners and decision‑makers. Manage key accounts and oversee joint business planning. Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve KPIs. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Ensure brand standards and compliance across retail and showroom environments. The Successful Applicant A successful State Manager should have: Proven experience in a leadership role within the FMCG industry. Proven ability to deliver sales and margin growth. Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Established relationships with major retailers and buying groups in Victoria. Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools. Results‑driven and strategic thinker. Excellent leadership and people management skills. Ability to work autonomously while collaborating nationally.
