The Client Our client is moving through a period of meaningful change as the organisation grows, evolves and takes on new operational responsibilities. With the business broadening its reach and the national footprint becoming more complex, they are strengthening their leadership capability and now have an opportunity for a Head of Operations to support this next stage. The Role This newly created position will support senior supply chain leadership and take ownership of key elements of the national warehousing network. The focus will be on improving performance across sites, embedding strong and scalable processes and preparing the operation for the next phase of growth. Order volumes have nearly doubled and SKU numbers have increased significantly, which means this role will guide the transition to a more efficient, consistent and future-ready network. You will partner closely with leaders across the business, drive continuous improvement and support the integration of new operations as the company expands. The Ideal Candidate You will be an experienced operations leader with a proven background in warehousing. You are comfortable stepping between strategy and hands-on delivery and you enjoy leading teams through periods of change. Strong people leadership, project management and a genuine drive to refine processes will be important in this environment. You will be motivated by the chance to shape an evolving network and you will bring the confidence to make pragmatic, well considered improvements. Flexibility to travel on an ad hoc basis will be required.
