This is it We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Officer / Handyperson who's ready to take the next step into a full time team leader role across both our Northshore and Carine retirement villages. A stable WA company where your valued and your contribution matters What You'll Do Handle day-to-day maintenance and repairs across two villages Lead and support our small maintenance team while staying on the tools Spot hazards and fix them fast Coordinate contractors and keep jobs moving using our digital systems (MaintainX, Rapid) to plan, log, and track jobs.
