Senior Solution Consultant Location: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days home). Salary: A$180,000.00–A$220,000.00 per year. What You’ll Be Doing Talk to qualified inbound leads – no cold calling. Run discovery sessions, scope opportunities, and collaborate with delivery to make magic happen. Turn business‑speak into tech plans (and vice versa). Write proposals that make sense to actual humans. Coach junior consultants and help them level up. Maintain a tidy CRM. About You You’re sharp, calm, and able to talk to executives without making PowerPoint your personality. You can listen, translate, and get people genuinely excited about smart technology. You’ve done the consulting/pre‑sales role before and are looking for a role where you can lead conversations, own outcomes, and step toward management. Requirements 5+ years in solutions consulting, architecture, or technical pre‑sales (MSP or integrator preferred). Strong written and spoken communication with senior stakeholders. Experience designing solutions for 50–200 seat businesses. Confident presenting to execs and linking business goals to tech solutions. Broad technical understanding across infrastructure, cloud, and modern workplace. Comfortable mentoring others and being a trusted sounding board. Based in one of our national offices.
