Associate Consultant - Connecting Tech Talent SKL Technology is currently searching for a motivated Senior Salesforce Administrator / Support Specialist to join our growing client within their ICT Services Division. The role involves supporting users, managing Salesforce data and configuration, and enabling efficient workflows across the organisation’s Salesforce environment. You will work closely with internal technical teams to deliver high-quality support, minor enhancements, data operations, and release activities, while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and platform stability. Type: Contract Length: 12 months (with possible extensions) Citizenship: AUSTRALIAN CITIZENSHIP is ESSENTIAL. WFH: Hybrid working environment (3 days on-site + 2 WFH) Security: NV1 clearance REQUIRED Key Responsibilities Support and enable users to effectively onboard and utilise Salesforce applications. Manage data operations including imports, updates, quality assurance, and modelling. Create and maintain accurate Salesforce reports and dashboards. Assist clients in optimising workflows and ensuring compliance with organisational requirements. Provide day‑to‑day support as the first engagement point for internal Salesforce users. Execute production data updates in line with governance, including approvals and audit requirements. Participate in governance processes to ensure design and release quality. Provide L1/L2 support for incidents, including P1 and P2 issues and crisis‑related activities. Deploy changes via Azure DevOps and assist in post‑deployment validation (PVT). Perform problem determination, incident resolution, and debug log analysis. Support backup, restore, and disaster recovery testing. Work with sandbox environments for testing, validation, and release support. Contribute to continuous improvements in processes, analytics, and system performance. Qualifications Minimum 3+ years supporting Salesforce applications at L1/L2 levels. At least one Salesforce certification: Administrator, App Builder, or Developer (mandatory). Strong skills in Reports & Dashboards, User provisioning, profiles, and permissions, and Process automation using Flows. Experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Public Sector Solutions. Excellent communication skills; able to make clear, evidence‑based recommendations. Experience working with Agile delivery (Scrum or Kanban). Proven capability in managing and executing Sandbox Refresh activities. Familiarity with Salesforce seasonal releases and advising stakeholders on new features. Working understanding of Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to support troubleshooting. Experience in complex or highly regulated environments with strict data governance needs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
