This full-time, hands‑on role is the perfect blend of customer interaction, technical expertise, and food safety. About the Role: Reporting to the Quality Manager ANZ, you’ll take charge of all customer‑related matters when it comes to product quality and food safety. You’ll be the go‑to guru for quality inquiries, audits, complaints, and training. Collaborating across teams, you’ll champion our food safety standards, drive improvement initiatives, and keep our customers impressed with our world‑class products. Key Responsibilities: Customer Communication: Communicate with customers regarding quality matters. You’ll resolve issues, coordinate audits, and deliver product quality reviews with confidence and professionalism. Training & Support: Educate customers on product specifications and share insights with internal teams to ensure flawless execution. Quality Assurance: Oversee customer‑specific requirements within manufacturing, collaborate with QA/QC teams, and ensure compliance with food safety standards. Continuous Improvement: Lead root cause analyses, implement corrective actions, and identify opportunities to elevate product quality and operational efficiency. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer complaints, resolutions, and performance metrics, presenting them with clarity to stakeholders. Team Collaboration: Partner with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to embed customer expectations from raw materials to finished products. About You: We’re looking for someone who combines technical expertise with outstanding interpersonal skills: Experience: 5+ years in quality assurance/control within food manufacturing and high profile customer management experience. Education: A degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or equivalent experience in food safety/potato manufacturing. Skills: Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and organisational abilities. Proficiency with quality management systems and Microsoft Office. Qualities: A skilled communicator who builds trust and collaborates effectively across levels and teams. Why Join Us?
