Eligibility Coordinator

, you’ll work alongside them to optimise and update processes and workflows to deliver eligibility assessments, while also providing support to the team responsible for checking GP’s eligibility for entry into several of the RACGP’s training programs.Some of your other responsibilities will include:supporting the delivery of educational activities including setup of eligibility review panel, webinars or information sessions for RACGP training programs in line with national processes and procedures.contributing to setting up and testing of the application and eligibility component of the Selection Application Management System (SAMS) and Survey Monkey Apply (SMA) prior to each intake.reporting on benchmarks and quality indicators for the eligibility assessment process to act as the baseline for quality improvement activities.developing and delivering communications to internal and external stakeholders regarding entry into the RACGP Training Programs.case managing enquiries including troubleshooting and providing guidance relating application and eligibility status of the application to both members and other staff.An understanding of the medical training program eligibility process would be highly regarded or experience working with RTO’s and Department of Health.
