This is the kind of tomorrow we’re imagining here at TFA.Join us and help drive the future.The Salary Packaging Customer Support Representative (Call Centre) will provide a high level of excellence relating to call centre and general support activities for our novated lease customers. In this role you will ensure a customer centric approach is adopted across all matters, adhere to strict service level agreements, and possess broad knowledge of the end-to-end novated lease and salary packaging services.**Please note, this is a part time, 12-month contract position.** **How you'll make an impact** **Customer enquiries and administration, including, but not limited to:*** Act as the front line for the Salary Packaging business in the call centre environment* Adherence to the customer identification process at all times* Identify, address, and resolve general enquiries from customers* Proactively liaise with customers to provide resolutions to queries* Escalate enquiries, where necessary, to the appropriate area of the business* Process customer reimbursement claims* Achievement of KPI measures within the Salary Packaging Operations team**Relationship Management*** Develop rapport and open communication with the Novated Lease & Salary Packaging Consultants, as well as with all customers and internal departments* Redirect new sales enquiries to the Novated Leasing Consultants or Salary Packaging enquiries to the Salary Packaging Sales Consultants, as required**Your attributes - If you've got one or more, we'd love to hear from you*** Previous experience in a phone-based customer service role* Ability to prioritise tasks and remain agile* Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial products in a simple manner* Basic experience with Microsoft Office suite would be considered advantageous* Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail#J-18808-Ljbffr
