Administration Assistant/Customer Service Officer This is your opportunity to join a vibrant, growing company where no two days are the same, and your communication skills, initiative, and energy will shine. About the Role We’re looking for a proactive Administration Assistant / Customer Service Officer to join a close-knit team in the building and design industry. This hands‑on role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking with potential clients, building relationships, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll be the go‑to person for client enquiries – the friendly voice that guides customers through what the company offers and the first impression they remember. Working directly with the Managing Director, you’ll also assist with basic site assessments , prepare quotes, and provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team. Key Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for new and existing customers – friendly, helpful, and professional every time. Explain products and services confidently to potential clients. Assist with site visits and basic on‑site assessments. Prepare quotes, tenders, and follow up on enquiries. Provide administrative support to sales, marketing, and accounts teams. Maintain accurate records using the CRM, spreadsheets, and project software (training provided). General office administration and coordination tasks. About You You’re outgoing, organised, and love connecting with people. You take initiative, remain composed under pressure, and enjoy being part of a fast‑paced and supportive team. To succeed in this role, you’ll bring: Strong customer service or client administration experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – confident on the phone and in person. A positive, proactive attitude – eager to learn and grow. Great attention to detail and time management. Experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) . Willingness to learn CRM and project systems (training provided). Building or construction industry experience is a plus but not essential.
