We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paid Social Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging paid social channels to drive measurable results and optimize campaign performance. This role requires a deep understanding of paid social platforms, tracking solutions, advanced measurement, and an inclination to work cross-functionally across analytics, applied science, and creative optimization to drive ROI through data-driven performance advertising. What you’ll do Proficiency in managing campaigns on major platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, and potentially others like Google Ads Develop and execute paid digital media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and campaign structure. Plan, launch, optimise and report paid social digital campaigns, including but not limited to campaign setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, bid management, ad creative development, and A/B testing; in partnership with CRO, Data Science and Partner Marketing teams. Lead implementation of third‑party tools (FMPs, Creative Optimization tools) and work with Applied Science to develop in‑house bidding and audience‑based optimisations. Performance Analysis – monitor campaign performance closely, analyse key metrics, and steer campaigns to maximise ROI. Creating and refining processes to allow for streamlined ways of working and accurate delivery of tasks. Leverage our CDP/1P & 3P data to create audiences (inclusion, exclusions, etc.) and maximise incrementality through testing. Building strong relationships with both media and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with the creative optimisation team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversions and resonate with the target audience. Execute testing roadmap across creatives, bidding, audiences, landing pages, and more aimed at constantly improving our campaign set‑up to increase volume. What you’ll bring with you Experience in running data-driven Paid social marketing programmes with global reach Bachelor’s degree Extensive experience in growth/performance/ paid social marketing Previous experience building and managing paid social / digital marketing programmes SQL knowledge is preferred Previous exposure at a tech/SaaS company with complex conversion funnels Proven ability to work cross-functionally to drive Paid Digital ROI Deep understanding of tracking technologies and analytics Why Xero?
