Full‑time (37.5 hours per week) – Rotational basis, with current operating hours from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (Saturday shifts required every 2–3 weeks). What You’ll Be Responsible For Managing the Claims Process – Collaborate with outside experts to handle claims efficiently. Reviewing Reports – Analyze documents and make informed decisions regarding claims. Providing Exceptional Customer Service – Build rapport and offer outstanding service to customers. Attention to Detail – Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of your work. Time Management – Work well under pressure and manage your time effectively.
