Lead internal teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Maintain exceptional venue standards in cleanliness and presentation. Create and nurture a positive work environment for all team members. Fulfill a variety of rotating rostered shifts, including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays. RSA, RCG & ARCG qualifications are essential (or willingness to obtain). While prior management experience is preferable, at least 3 years of management experience (or similar) is required.
