About Us We're JPS Construction Recruitment – a tight-knit team in the heart of Brisbane CBD (with a great café downstairs). We're part of the JPS Recruitment Group (est. Construction, Medical, Mining, and Sales divisions. In Construction, we partner with some of the best builders across commercial, fit-out, residential, and civil sectors. We work hard, we back each other to succeed and we are good at what we do. The Role This is a 360 recruitment role, meaning you will : Build and manage relationships with industry leading builders Source, screen, and place top-tier construction professionals Become a true matchmaker of talent and opportunity You'll step into an active desk with clients and candidates from day one – no cold start, just warm support and full training from an experienced mentor who's got your back.
