We are seeking talented individuals to join our team of event planners, specialising in corporate events. Position Event Planner Responsibilities Collaborating with clients to understand their vision and preferences. Coordinating all aspects of event planning and execution with the client, from floor plans and run sheets to menu selection to vendor coordination. Ensuring seamless communication and coordinating with internal teams including Sales, Operations and Kitchen, as well as external suppliers to ensure flawless execution. Ensuring the event order is up to date at all times with a high level of detail. Ensuring client deadlines and payments are received on time and within the set schedules. Providing exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations. Managing event timelines efficiently. Evaluating event success and providing recommendations for future improvements. Qualifications & Experience Proven experience (2+ years) in event planning and coordination, preferably in the catering, hospitality or corporate events industry. An expert at multitasking, organisation and prioritising varying tasks and deadlines. Excellent problem‑solving abilities and solutions focused. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer‑centric approach. High attention to detail. Proficiency in Tripleseat or alternative event management software (desirable) and Microsoft Office suite. Availability to work evenings and weekends is a must. Must hold any valid work visa or Australian work authorisation to be eligible for this position.
