The Role The Sales & Member Experience Manager at Anytime Fitness West Sydney is responsible for driving membership growth and revenue through effective sales strategies, lead generation, and conversion management. This role oversees all aspects of the club’s sales process, from identifying and nurturing leads, conducting tours and consultations, to closing memberships and managing retention initiatives. The Sales Manager also collaborates with the marketing team to execute local outreach campaigns, build community partnerships, and ensure an exceptional member experience that supports both short- and long-term business goals. Servicing potential and new members via both phone related follow up and in person club tours Achieving sales targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis using the Anytime 9 step sales process Promotion of the club within the community through lead generation activities both within the club and local outreach Driving marketing and advertising campaigns Ensuring the club is clean, safe and operating efficiently day to day To thrive in this role, you’ll need these required certificates: First Aid CPR Police Check Working with Children Check About You This is not your average 9-to-5 role, we want someone who lives and breathes energy, connection, and results. We’re looking for passionate individuals who are ready to be the best in the game Here’s what makes you could bring to our club: Must have experience in completing call drives, driving lead generation, thrives on the hustle of getting a sale over the line and achieving set targets. Few years experience in sales or a similar role is preferred With a passion for fitness and customer service Extremely outgoing, vibrant, and thrives in a high-energy environment. Comfortable with community engagement and building business-to-business relationships. Social media-savvy and understands how to use platforms to promote and grow a business. Why Join Us?
