Alongside the genuine change you will support you will enjoy: Exceptional professional development and career progression opportunities Comprehensive support and clinical supervision Work for an employer that genuinely understands and respects health and wellbeing About the Role As a senior clinician, you will provide specialist counselling and casework to children and families where Risk of Significant Harm (ROSH) has been identified due to domestic violence, physical abuse, or neglect. Using trauma-informed, client-centred approaches, you will deliver medium to long-term interventions that support recovery, enhance safety, and strengthen parenting capacity. In addition to direct client work, you will have an opportunity to provide professional supervision and mentorship to junior staff, and contributing to service development and quality improvement initiatives. Collaborating closely with Community Services, Joint Child Protection Response Programs, schools, police, and non-government organisations to deliver coordinated and effective support to families. About You Degree in Social Work from an accredited course, eligible for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). Demonstrated experience working with children and families impacted by abuse, neglect, or domestic violence. Strong skills in trauma-informed, client-centred counselling and casework. Experience contributing to service development, evaluation, and quality improvement. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working alongside multiple stakeholders including Community Services, schools, police, and non-government organisations. Current NSW Driver’s Licence. Commitment to promoting a positive safety culture and maintaining a safe, supportive workplace.
