What you’ll do Establish customer car rental needs by actively listening Review in detail ABG’s various add‑ons and services to determine what may best suit the customer Communicate rental procedures and guidelines effectively Complete rental bookings in a timely, efficient and accurate manner Answer customer questions and inquiries Want to see what the role looks like in action?
