Position Purpose The Platform Owner Microsoft D-365 & Power Platform, Technology & Data leads the support function for Client's Finance & Procurement Systems on Microsoft Dynamics-365. The role drives continuous improvement, problem solving, and administration of all D-365 modules and the Power Platform. The D-365 modules include Finance, Project Operations and Intelligent Order Management. Accountabilities Platform Management & Support – Lead the operational support and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics-365 (Finance, Project Operations and Intelligent Order Management) and Power Platform. Ensure platform stability, performance, and data integrity through proactive monitoring and incident resolution. Manage system upgrades, releases, and patching cycles in collaboration with Microsoft and internal teams. Define and manage the platform management plan to ensure the platform is up to date with security patches and functional updates. Manage operational and financial reporting for D-365 and Power Platform licenses and support operations. Stakeholder Engagement & Governance – Work closely with key teams and delivery partners to define and share Service Level Requirements (SLRs). Maintain the relationship with platform vendor and support partners to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Establish and manage governance processes and forums to track and manage platform performance and service levels. ITSM – Define and manage support processes for D-365 and Power Platform issues, including platform support and application support vendor partners. Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues. Ensure technology enhancements align with the Tech & Data Strategy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
