Opportunities You’ll have the opportunity to work on some of Queensland's most high-profile and challenging programs, influencing outcomes that shape industries and communities. Depending on your experience, you may join at Manager or Senior Manager level. In this role, you will: Provide strategic advice to senior government and industry clients on infrastructure delivery and program outcomes across sectors such as health, education, transport, and regional development Lead or support the establishment of major programs, often managing key workstreams or stepping into Program or Project Manager roles Develop clear, insightful reports, presentations, and business cases that turn complex data into actionable insights Deliver high-quality strategic and analytical advice to guide client decision-making Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure program success Mentor and develop junior consultants to strengthen team capability Contribute to business development activities and client engagement across key sectors About You You are an experienced consultant or advisor who understands how to deliver real value in a client-facing environment. You hold tertiary qualifications in engineering, business, finance, economics, commerce, or law and have experience in public sector consulting, procurement, infrastructure delivery, or strategic advisory services. You bring commercial awareness, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and the confidence to lead discussions at senior levels. You communicate with impact, whether through written reports, data-driven insights, or client presentations. You enjoy variety, think strategically, and are motivated by helping clients solve complex problems and achieve meaningful results.
