St Michael’s Golf Club – Groundsman / Greenkeeper – Casual or Part-Time (Progression to Full-Time) St Michael’s Golf Club, one of Sydney’s premier Group 1 golf courses, located at beautiful Little Bay just 20 minutes from the CBD, is seeking motivated individuals to join our Course Maintenance Team. We currently have opportunities for experienced or qualified greenkeepers/grounds staff on a casual or part-time basis , with the potential to transition to a full-time position for the right candidate. About the Role Working within a dedicated team, you’ll assist with the day-to-day presentation and upkeep of our championship course under the direction of the Course Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent. Mowing greens, tees, and fairways Spraying, fertilising, and turf renovation programs General maintenance, landscaping, and irrigation support Contributing to ongoing course improvement and construction projects What We’re Looking For A strong work ethic and attention to detail A genuine interest in golf and understanding of course presentation standards Awareness of safe work practices and WHS compliance Reliability, teamwork, and pride in your work Why Join St Michael’s Supportive and professional work environment Opportunities for further education and career development Excellent facilities and working conditions Attractive roster: 6 am – 2:30 pm (Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri) and 5 am – 9 am (Thu).
