Magenta Shores Golf & Country Club Limited – Magenta NSW Groundsman – Casual Position $32.94 per hour | Approximately 25 hours per week Flexible roster – potential to work any day of the week About the Role Magenta Shores Golf & Country Club is an award‑winning golf and lifestyle destination on the NSW Central Coast. We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Casual Groundsman to join our Course & Grounds Maintenance team. This hands‑on role involves maintaining the grounds, landscaped areas, and surrounds of our stunning coastal golf course. You’ll work outdoors in a supportive environment with opportunities to learn from a skilled and professional team. What You’ll Be Doing General upkeep of landscaped areas, gardens, and course surrounds Assisting with mowing, trimming, edging, and debris removal Basic maintenance of native vegetation and natural areas Raking bunkers and supporting course presentation Operating small machinery and hand tools (training provided) Supporting the greenkeeping team with day‑to‑day course preparation Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment Strong work ethic and willingness to work outdoors in all conditions Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently Good level of physical fitness Reliability, punctuality, and teamwork Experience in grounds, landscaping, or garden maintenance Experience operating outdoor power equipment Interest in sports turf or golf course maintenance About Us Magenta Shores Golf & Country Club is a Top‑30 ranked golf course situated between Tuggerah Lake and the Pacific Ocean on the NSW Central Coast.
