Part of this growth is the need for a Sales Team Account Manager. Reporting to the Sales Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in optimising staff time for our sales team, lifting sales, conversion rates and customer contact. Responsibilities Quote revisions and general pipeline management Quote follow‑ups Updating anticipated order dates Data Entry, reports and data analysis Managing appointments Checking and uploading of scan data and vetting information prior to production (including approvals from customer) Liaising with stock controllers and adjusting of stock Merchandise and brochure control About You With a proactive, can‑do attitude and friendly demeanour, we are seeking an individual that is adaptable and able to handle calls confidently, helping customers with solutions.
