We’re now looking for an experienced and motivated Ford Service Manager to lead our busy service department and continue delivering the outstanding customer experience our dealership is known for. About the Role As the Ford Service Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Ford Service Department — ensuring a high-performing, customer-focused, and profitable operation. You’ll lead a skilled team of technicians including the 2025 Ford Global Champion Technician and Ford Service Advisors, maintain manufacturer standards, and drive department growth through excellent service delivery and team development. What You’ll Be Doing Lead, motivate, and develop the service team to achieve departmental and manufacturer KPIs. Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and on time. Deliver an exceptional customer experience from booking to vehicle handover. Manage warranty, maintenance, and repair operations in line with Ford Australia standards. Analyse financial performance and implement strategies to boost productivity and profitability. Maintain compliance with WHS and environmental standards. About You You’re an experienced automotive professional who leads by example and knows what great customer service looks like. You enjoy developing people, solving problems, and driving results in a fast-paced environment. You'll bring: Previous experience as a Service Manager, Assistant Service Manager, or Senior Service Advisor. Strong understanding of dealership service operations and customer care standards. Proven leadership and people management skills. Business acumen and ability to analyse KPIs and financial reports. Excellent communication, organisation, and problem‑solving abilities.
