RACV is currently seeking talented candidates to join our passionate and friendly team at one of our many sites Bistro & Cafe Lounge and Conference and Events. This is a casual position with a competitive causal rate + weekend and evening penalties. What you’ll need to be Successful A passion for the beverage industry with knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer and wine an advantage but not required. Previous working experience as a barista or in events or functions is highly desirable. A genuine love of hospitality and driven to deliver quality service. Team player and work well under pressure. Victorian RSA preferred but not essential. Available to work approximately 3-4 shifts per week across 7 days with full availability on Saturdays.
