Min Certificate 3 qualification in either Ageing, Individual Support, Care or Disability A passion and energy for world class care Ability to work as part of a tight‑knit team and delegate effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A strong understanding of Resident Rights, and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes Be at the Heart of It – your new team is ready to welcome you Just so you know, everyone will be required to complete pre‑employment checks as part of the application process.
