About The Role As the Product Quality Control Lead for the JP9101 Program, you will provide critical leadership and technical oversight to ensure product quality control processes are rigorously applied and maintained. Lead a dedicated QC team, driving excellence across inspection, testing and verification activities to meet internal and external standards. Maintain quality control integrity from goods acceptance through to final product dispatch across all operational phases. Manage investigations, lead root cause analyses and ensure timely resolution of non‑conformances. Qualifications Extensive relevant experience in technical/engineering roles. Proven experience managing engineering functions and/or technical delivery. Good understanding of engineering toolsets (e.g. PLM, MRP, design, simulation, analysis software). Quality systems knowledge (ISO 9001:2015) and experience within a highly regulated environment. Demonstrated understanding of QC processes and interfaces with other business functions. Metrology experience, including use of measuring equipment and understanding of geometric tolerancing. Practitioner level analytical problem‑solving and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) (e.g., lean, six sigma, DMAIC, 8D). General knowledge of relevant Australian and International Standards and Quality Control Systems.
