Be hands-on behind the bar, mixing cocktails, pouring pints, serving food and taking customer orders. Coach your team in excellent customer service and hospitality standards. Support a fun-first culture. Curate a perfect venue atmosphere, keeping maintenance, cleanliness and venue vibe at the forefront of your mind. Support the venue management team with opens and closes. Take charge of shifts, overseeing staff breaks and task assignment. Support the running of the amusement department, keeping the area and redemption store clean, tidy and reporting maintenance issues. Issue arcade cards and advise customers on best value cards and ticket redemption. What Will You Bring? Infectious enthusiasm and positivity. Proven experience in hospitality leadership. An understanding of a venues financials. A can-do attitude, and a hands-on approach. Valid RSA and Approved Managers card.
