The Role We are currently seeking a high performing Structures Manager to provide operational leadership, excellent technical delivery, and commercial support to our Bridges & Structures business. The Manager – Bridges & Structures, Brisbane will take ownership of the business and drive growth in the transport market in Queensland. Responsibilities Identifying, winning and delivering transport infrastructure projects. Contributing to the growth of the team through targeted client relationship management and business development activity. Managing the commercial performance of the team. Effectively managing and leading the team to ensure optimal performance, resourcing, retention and professional development. Providing input to projects at a project management and / or review level to achieve reliable project performance in terms of both timeliness and quality. Qualifications Ability to strategically plan. High level of commercial acumen. Genuine enjoyment derived from building business, working with clients and winning work across ANZ. Extensive experience in the Transport sector delivering structural design. Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or a related discipline. Co‑ordinated, designed and delivered major projects with proven success. Co‑ordinated and developed major bids with proven success. Demonstrated ability to actively manage and drive performance in diverse teams.
