Deliver merchandising excellence, by ensuring policies and procedures are followed, merchandise compliance is ensured, and efficiency is maximised. Work collaboratively as part of a team in delivering a positive experience for both instore and online customers and effectively resolve customer complaints and queries as required Coordinating the day to day merchandising tasks, planners, set up guides and new product initiatives Contribute to the JB HIFI brand and store experience to the highest standards through quality Merchandising, in-store marketing and presentation Building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholder About you An individual who loves working in a casual fun atmosphere You will thrive in a retail environment and draw upon your knowledge of Merchandise (events, promotional activities, etc) or Operations (stock flow, inbound and outbound goods, etc) Positive can‑do attitude Result‑driven with a strong focus on delivering the best customer outcomes Strong multi‑tasking skills, coupled with your keen eye for detail JB Hi‑Fi Limited is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing a work environment that promotes diversity and inclusion.
