As an Asset Owner Senior Sales Specialist within the Australia / New Zealand Client Coverage team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and fostering relationships with key asset owners. Responsibilities Lead the sales process, educating clients and prospects on MSCI products, and provide strategic insights to enhance client engagement. Conduct pre‑sales activities and manage the sales process. Perform market analysis, competitor research and prospect research. Qualify prospects and set up and participate in discussions with prospective and current clients. Manage the pipeline opportunity, follow‑up and generate contracts. Support new product placement. Answer detailed client inquiries about MSCI products and methodologies. Provide sample data or analysis to assist a client with due diligence. Track campaigns, analyze and report on key metrics. Provide visionary leadership to the team, setting clear goals and inspiring others to achieve excellence. Qualifications Advanced knowledge of basic applications (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Ability to develop dialogue with prospective clients and build strong relationships. Proven ability to prioritize and multi‑task within a fast‑paced environment. At least 7–8 years of experience in the financial services industry (preferred). Undergraduate degree required; Finance or Economics degree preferred.
