About the role: Assisting with cutting, welding, and assembling metal components Reading and interpreting fabrication drawings and technical plans Inspecting welded surfaces and finished assemblies Diagnosing and assisting in the repair of equipment issues Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment About You: Possess a genuine interest in Renewable Energy Fast learner, showing initiative on the job Adhere to instructions delivered by the qualified tradespeople onsite Committed to a four year apprenticeship, including theory studies Support efforts to increase recycling and reduce waste One‑on‑one mentoring from a dedicated consultant All PPE provided for free All training fees reimbursed Access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Obtain a Certificate III in Engineering Fabrication upon completion About Us: Established in 1982, WPC Group is one of Australia's leading employers of apprentices and trainees.
