Your next career opportunity As a Subject Matter Expert in Microsoft End User Computing Platforms, you will manage and optimize IT services across the university, support new developments, and ensure high-quality outcomes aligned with our Business Unit objectives. Responsibilities Drive continuous improvement: optimize services, practices, and processes associated with Microsoft SCCM and Intune platforms. Deliver strategic IT solutions: support the delivery of the Microsoft Windows 11 strategy and roadmap. Enhance security and compliance: collaborate with cybersecurity teams to secure Microsoft endpoints and meet compliance requirements. Innovate software deployment: contribute to the software deployment strategy and maintain the SCCM software library. What you may be a great fit for Experienced IT professional with a strong background in Microsoft End User Computing technologies. Extensive experience with Microsoft Intune and Configuration Manager. ITIL qualification and practical experience in IT service management. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Agile framework proficiency for prioritising and scheduling workloads. Postgraduate qualification in a relevant IT discipline or equivalent experience.
