Temporary until 30 June 2026 with the potential to extend, contingent upon funding availability Location: Any LLS Office Advisory & Clerical Grade 6| Salary from $113,574.00 plus super and leave loading About the role This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Project Coordinator to join the Feral Pig and Pest Project (FPPP) management team, supporting the delivery of the $14 million state‑wide project. You will work closely with the FPPP Project Manager and the NSW Feral Pig Coordinator, providing essential project management support. Responsibilities Supporting the delivery of the project Assisting with project reporting and monitoring Collating and analysing data to support decision‑making Participating in stakeholder briefing and information sessions Contributing to key messaging for communications materials and executive/ministerial briefings Supporting evaluation activities and continuous improvement About You To be successful in this role, you will be a self‑motivated, results‑driven team player comfortable working in geographically dispersed teams with limited supervision. Qualifications Strong project management and organisational skills Strong attention to detail The ability to manage multiple competing priorities and tasks and meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication abilities A collaborative working style and ability to build effective relationships with multiple stakeholders and teams A sound understanding of pest animal management frameworks in NSW Motivation to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement Application Process Apply online by submitting a current resume (max 3 pages) and a brief cover letter (max 2 pages) outlining your skills and experience relevant to the role.
