The Opportunity Step into a pivotal role as Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) Lead within Medibank’s Data & Technology team. You’ll be the technology lead, partnering with business stakeholders to design, deliver, and support secure, scalable workplace technology solutions that empower our Health business. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with business partners and B2B customers to deliver impactful outcomes that drive real value. If you’re passionate about shaping technology solutions and enabling seamless integrations across diverse environments, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Provide technical leadership across enterprise platforms, encompassing end-to-end infrastructure solutions such as satellite connectivity (Starlink), NBN fibre and fixed wireless, 4G/5G mobile networks, and advanced Wi‑Fi design standards and services. Oversee IT service delivery to ensure reliability, performance, and compliance with SLAs. Lead technical design and technical delivery as part of a cross‑functional team to enable seamless onboarding of B2B customers across rural and regional Australia. Partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver robust technology solutions that drive successful business outcomes. Collaborate with B2B technology teams and strategic partners to scale and optimise digital workplace solutions for enhanced efficiency and user experience. Conduct gap analysis between current and target states for B2B customers, and define, scope, and estimate the work required to bridge identified gaps. Must haves Proven leadership and IT management expertise, driving efficient operations and successful project delivery. Strong technical knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms, and IT security, ensuring scalable and resilient solutions. Hands‑on experience in solution design, including cost and timeline estimation, developing and building technology implementation plans. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, fostering collaboration and alignment across diverse teams. Strong vendor management and contract negotiation capabilities, optimising partnerships and commercial outcomes. Ability to deliver high‑quality outcomes in complex, fast‑paced environments.
