We are on the hunt for a skilled and experienced Draftsperson or Revit Modeller to join our growing team. This full-time role is ideal for a senior or highly experienced professional with a strong background in residential drafting and Revit. Key Responsibilities Prepare comprehensive, high-quality construction documentation Conduct on-site home measures and site assessments Liaise with project partners and maintain proactive team communication Respond to drawing information requests Coordinate effectively with other consultant drawings About You 3–5 years of experience in residential drafting Excellent attention to detail and strong understanding of construction methods Customer-focused mindset and a belief that client satisfaction is key Self‑motivated with strong time management skills and efficiency in a fast‑paced environment A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, grow, and take ownership of your work and drawings A current and valid driver’s licence Permanent Residency in Australia Role Purpose The Revit Modeller / Draftsperson plays a key technical role in producing high-quality documentation for planning and building approval, coordinating consultants, and ensuring all technical aspects of the project are accurate, compliant, and clearly communicated to all parties involved.
